Mark Virag was retained by Route One as a subject matter expert in credit aggregation. The project to develop Route One’s flagship credit aggregation system was just entering its development phase. Mr. Virag’s analysis showed where the new system would fit within the broader market for F&I software, and how it would be used in the F&I business process. This analysis gave Route One a basis for prioritizing proposed features based on their competitive utility. It also identified new features and potential new business partners.
Subsequently, Mr. Virag assisted Route One in negotiating a contract for outsourced development of the system. He then worked onsite at the developer’s facility, administering the contract as a representative of Route One’s management team.
